Medical

Each year you will be asked to update a Pupil Record Sheet which gives us vital information regarding medical conditions. We would be grateful if you could keep us abreast of any medical developments during the year.

If your child requires medicine at school, please complete the form below and speak to the office administrator, Mrs Kelly about the medicine.

Please be aware that this is a service that the school is not obliged to undertake and that responsibility for the administration of medicine to a child lies primarily with their parents/carers.
