Dhoon School enjoys a working partnership with Laxey School and Willaston School, both located in the East region of the Isle of Man. Under this arrangement, Dhoon School operates differently to most other schools on the Island. Maxim Kelly is the Executive Headteacher at Dhoon School, Laxey School and Willaston School and oversees the planning and strategic operations across the three schools. Sarah Shimmin is the Head of School at Dhoon and takes lead in organising and running the school on a daily basis.
